Worst service, no help at all, lazy attitude,

Sumone stole the car next to mine outside of a take a way, and as he was wheel spinning the car out of the parking, took with him my left rear side of the car. So I phone Miway at 19:00 but get no help from them as all staff where allready in the pub, was told that they would call me back, nothing has happened yet. Phone again the next day with no help, eventually my wife got a hold of these elusive people and was told that my excess would be R 3800.00!!! Cause that's what my policy says, with no further explanation of where in my policy I could find the info and that it would take five work day to log my claim... ***!!!. In five years I have never claimed from this overrated, unhelpful company. So it's been 36 hours and I'm still waiting to be called. If you are reading this keep left and try a different insurer, unless you love lazy, unhelpful, expensive, slow and bad service then Miway is for you.
