Worst Service I have ever recieved

I have been with 3 different insurance companies and never have I received such bad service. The claims adviser (Olga) never answers her phone or responds to emails. When my claim was validated, it took her 3 days to send through the confirmation to the panel beaters (which to my mind is unacceptable), so when I demanded that my courtesy car be extended by 3 days, all they have to tell me is \policy\". I don't see Miway taking me to work for the 3 days extra it will now take for my car to be repaired."
