Worst Service from insurance provider Miway...

Good day all... The agents at Miway were all great, happy, clappy eager when they were selling their business public liability insurance. But then when it is time for a claim I have to chase this guy with regards to feedback of my claim which was lodged in January. To date, there is no conclusion to the claim. When I call the agent Leezhaen Williams this guys telephone calls never go through. I was never able to contact this Leezhaen on the number provided on his email. I email literally everyday to get some feedback with regards to the claim he hardly responds to my emails. When he does respond he it is for me to re-send through documents that I have sent through already in January. My biggest mistake was moving to Miway Business Insurance. Everyone was all smiles when they were selling me the insurance now I can't seem to even get this claim handled, which is the first claim that I have lodged on this policy. Being a business owner that's the reason I took out public liability insurance, to cover me when theres issues that arise with customers but Miway Insurance makes a whole lot of promise & very little service delivery.
