Worst service from a company i trusted!!!!!

Claim C***, miway is now becoming a dumpsite. I have had a nice rship with them until now. I claimed for a sunroof which they approved and said i have a R5000 surcharge due by me which i agreed to and then they back tracked and said I have no cover. I asked for a copy of the recording which they said takes 3-4 days and ive been waiting for over 2 weeks now and they are ducking and diving.

I hate it when insurers play ****** tricks at claim stage. Ive been patient enough with them. Next step is FAIS Ombud
