WORST SERVICE EVER

I am totally dissapointed ever i only have it now for a month whereby i left outsurance and i was hit at bag with another car where police statement where made case number Miway wanted me to get the phone number from the car that hit me from the back and drove away now they want me to sit HOURS at police station so that the police can find the drivers that hit me and his contact details. THIS NEVER HAPPEND TO ME NEVER OUTSTANDING NEVER EVER WANTED FROM CLIENT TO DO THE WORK THEY FOLLOW UP WITH POLICE WHEN ALL PROOF WERE GIVEN. SO I AM TOTTALY SHOCKED THAT I WILL EVER EVER JOINED THEM THEN WHEN TAKING POLICY THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN HONEST AND SAY YOU ARE PAYING THE POLICY BUT REMEMBER YOU MUST DO ALL THE WORK YOUR SELF CAUSE WE ARE NOT GONNA DO ANYTHING HARDEST LESSON LEARN GO TO POLICIES THAT REALLY PUT THEIR CLIENT FIRST AND DONT EXPECTED FROM A CLIENT TO DO ALL THE WORK HERSELF.
