worst service ever

worst insurance i have ever been with , i moved to the 2 months ago and the two months is been so terrible. 1st incident they promised to cancel my old insurance and they didn't 2nd incident in the month of april they did debit my account and the have the ordersity to send me a sms telling me that i am not covered and the was enough funds in the account even now the is money . i requested a call back from the 30th up to date no one called me . i called and spoke to someone from business insurance and said i will get a call from the relevant department , i move to you because the access was less the one from first for women but their service is way better much better than yours and i will be moving back
