Worst service ever

I called Miway in order to add a building insurance in my portfolio with them, I was quoted and wasn't happy with the quotation but was advised to accept so that the supervisor can call me and review the insurance further. This was on the 28th January and to date I have not received any call back. I then called back on the 1st or 2nd February for a follow and was still told that the supervisor will call and am still waiting. It's over a week now since the initial call back was put in as it was claimed that the supervisors are busy, are they too busy to call their clients? and how come we cannot call them back directly?
