WORST SERVICE EVER - 3RD PARTY CLAIM (PATHETIC!!!)

Absolutely disgusted with MiWay's service.

Their client hit my car on the 27th of September. The assessor never came out to inspect the car. We sent them two quotes, which the lowest one was R18000. After calling every single day, they finally sent through the offer .... R2000 and the car is being written off.

This, after it was rear accident damage, which means their client is 100% at fault. (To which he admitted in a sworn affidavit)

I should be placed in a position where I was before the accident, now i'm worse off.

This also after getting treated like all of this was my fault by the worst claims advisor I have ever come accross, telling me that I should just be patient, thats why they call it an accident, these things happen. Now i'm sitting with a badly damaged car and can't fix one single thing.

I would never recommend them to anyone. This is unacceptable.
