Worst Service ever
Worst Service ever, been a client for 3 full years with no claim and no missed premium as a pensioner. Logged a claim for my cellphone and it is rejected on some technicality that is senseless to me. I am very scared now as i have building and contents cover with this people, what will happen if an unforeseen eventuality occur? Logged a dispute and a month later no feedback, only sent a survey to rate the service. What gabberish is that? Miway you suck and i am seriously considering taking my cover elsewhere.
