Worst service ever
From the 02/08 they have been saying they are waiting for approval from the manager. Today I asked the Claims Handler, Andile Ngidi to find out ETA from manager for approval and we were promised by 14:00 our claim will be authorized. Everyday when I call they keep on saying authorization has been referred. When will the claim be finalized. Worst service ever!!!!
