WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I had a claim for my 2003 VW Caddy bakkie, damage to the bonnet and the back flap was ******......MIWAY decided to write my vehicle off!!!!!! After many,many emails and wrong amounts from the person helping me, Olga, I still have NOT received my correct disclaimer form that I must sign to get my money. I have asked several times that a manager must please call me, no response at all, still waiting as from 31 Aug 2018, this is the worst service I have ever heard of, the staff are *********** to do their work and I must correct her on even the amount that must be paid out to me! The telephonic conversations are according to them recorded......I requested that conversation, but no need to say, still NO response at all! I will NOT revere my worst enemy to MIWAY for insurance!
