WORST SERVICE EVER

<p>On the 29 may 2017 i was involved in a car accident where i was hit from behind and the oter car fled the scene .Myway took their time to assist me and get my car towed .on the 30th i expected a cal from them to get more info about the accident which they never cxalled ,i had to call them.Since that day no calls or communiction was sent to me untill the 6th June at 2am where they sent me an email saying my car is a write-off ,i need to contact them so we can finalise this matter .</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted them asking how they got to a write-off and they said to fix my car will cost them R70369 and my car market value is R42350 and from that R42350 they need to deduct the access of R4250 and Salvage of R19000.</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent them an email wanting clarification on this issue and which they havent responded to me ,where i explained to thrm my understanding of a write-off because according to my understading a write off only happens when the following has accured to the vehicle</p> <p>*The car is not drivable</p> <p>*the engine is damaged</p> <p>*the airbags came out</p> <p>*the roof of the car is damaged</p> <p>and the cost of fixibg the car is 70%more than the market price of the vehicle ,and in this case non of this applies to my case.</p> <p>I also requested thsat i send an accredited penal beater to assess the vehicle for me and to which they didnt respond .</p>
