Worst Service Ever

<p>Opened a claim with MiWay. First this i was told is that i need to take pictures, get quotes and phone my previous insurance for some sort of NCB letter. Firstly, Do insurance sompanies not have accessros taking pictures.? Secondly, i dont mind getting quotes but how would they know if im getting quotes on the right stuff. Thirdly, Why should i be phoning around for 2 weeks trying to get stuff done for my claim. MiWay has done absolutely nothing in the last 2 weeks to help me. Just sending me mails and text messages saying they are waiting for my documentation. Why do they not phone around getting details they require, Why do i have to process my own claim. I'm too scared to think if they are actually going to phone the other parties insurance to claim the access i need to pay. Or are they also just going to point fingers at me saying i need to once again do my own ****. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is by far the worst insurance service i have ever received. Outsurance and MFC i have phoned once and they did absolutely everything and my claims were processed in less than a week. MiWay this is extremely ****ty service. Once this claim is done i WILL be going to another insurance that does actually offer service.</p>
