Worst service at Miway insurance

Worst service at Miway insurance. Their client banged my car in November and she reported, we both did all the necessary documentation including the accident report but still they are going back and forth with fixing my car, it's going for the third month now still my car is not fixed, during the accident their client hit my car at the boot now the boot won't close which makes the boot light to be on all the time, that consumes the battery and each morning I have to kick start my car in order to be mobile. Your service is pathetic and I will not recommend you to anyone.
