WORST SERVICE

<p>I had been with Miway insurance for 2 years and had not put in any major claim. 2 months back i put in a claim and inspite of many attempts trying to get them to agree to fix my car they declined and declared it a write off. I then withdrew the claim and cancelled the insurance with immediate effect.</p> <p> </p> <p>Come month end MIWAY was the first to debit my account for premium not just once but for 2 consecutive months... I contacted the lady who was handling my claim they promised to pay back my money. Today i enquire as to when exactly do they intend on doing so they suddenly call to say i wont be getting any refund on those premiums they had deducted without my permission, further to that they are not even sure that the policy was cancelled.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am really dissapointed at their bad service they have rendered to me and beyond that to even stoop to this level of *****ing money from my account!!! MIWAY is a ripp off... anyone who may be looking for professional insurance i wouldnt recoment them as they only willing to take your money and not deliver when you need them the most!!! I see no difference with MIWAY AND ANY OTHER **** THERE IS!!!</p>
