Worst Operations Centre EVER

Absolutely dissapointed in MiWay insurance being a client for a while now and the first time i try to use their service it blew up in my face!

Today at 1pm i contacted them as i accidentally locked my keys in my car as well as my cellphone. at 2pm i contacted them again and i was notified that a locksmith had been dispatched at 1:15pm. 2;30pm i contact them again, i get put through to the locksmith company who ends up arguing with me saying that they had been to the scene trying to get hold of me and then im told they will be another 40min which i know was not true. the locksmith (by the way) tells me he will see me soon he is driving a MK1 Golf!!!!! i mean come on!!! really??? locksmith name given cant be found on google no website NOTHING. i was on my way home when i got a call to say the locksmith has arrived.

is this how emergencies are treated?? is someone in a 1981 Datsun going to come assist me when i get a flat battery or tyre burst??? who knows....

time to look at other Insurance providers
