Worst of the worst insurance companies.

Absolute worst of the worst insurance company. As of last month I have and will discourage each and every family member and friends I know to stay as far away as they can. I have been with them for 3 year. Never skipped one payment. I have 4 cars with them and still they did their absolute best to not pay me out on a claim. They proclaim you can live your way and be assured that all is okay, but don't let that fool you. After I have submitted my claim it took them 1 month. Yes that's right ONE long month to investigate and eventually come to the conclusion to not pay out my claim after my fiance was in a accident with our Nissan Navara. (yes the bakkie was road worthy, yes she was driving like 80km/h and totally sober) Since this happened and I have started raising my concerns about them I now suddenly started to hear countless of these stories about them. I have also tried to cancel all my policies from they, but believe me this was just as hard as the claiming process. After 3 weeks of phone calls I am still not completely rid of this company as they refuse to cancel my policies. I've cancelled via the app and also via 2 emails. Still no cancellations from their side.
