Worst of the Worst
Worst service EVER! It's been 2 weeks since my mother had her accident and to this day she does not even know where her car is so she can fix it herself. Hlengiwe Nhlengethwa Is apparently our claim advisor as Olga Funzani keeps forwarding our emails to him for assistance with NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER!!!!! If you want proper INSURANCE, do not consider them as their claims department are worse that pathetic. If by Monday we haven't gotten any feedback, the ombudsman will definitely like to be hearing about this... Safe traveling everyone and make surr you have a decent insurance just incase*
