WORST MISTAKE EVER WAS TO TAKE INSURANCE WITH MIWAY

I had an insurance with Miway on business use ,i had a claim which they failed dismally to assist me since the claim fall under excess I quote " your claim will be closed as it is within excess." They did not had a decency to liase with third party insurance . I had to fight and claim to third party . After all that horrible experience I changed cover to personal use . I decided to cancel the policy as I couldn't trust Miway anymore . After calling the call centre being transferred from I *********** to another . They confirmed that the policy is cancelled . They are still deducting money from my account for WHAT . I need this policy cancelled asap as I want nothing to do with this company . PLEASE STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT .
