Worst Insurer in SA
Absolutely atrocious service and willingness to pay valid claims fairly!!! After submitting a 3rd party claim for damages amounting to R93 000(as per Miway’s Panelbeater quote) they were willing to cover up to just under R11 000. Was told to bring my vehicle from JHB South to the Miway head office in Centurion for a physical assessment by their internal assessors. When following up on the progress of the assessment I was told that they could not locate the assessment and the previous offer of R11 000 remains. Expect legal action
