Worst insurer ever

<p>Lets start at this... A tree fell on my car in the comex where we stay. security and police was the scene and AR was given. this was now 1 week 5days ago. We did the claim the following morning and advised by Miway that the car needs to go to Dent doctor assesment. this was done . Miway received the quote of I think R26k or close to that.. now they saying they only paying out R13k odd.... With this aftet market parts will be used to replace my bumper and fender... Why use adter market parts when I have genuine parts on my car. this is totally unecceptable. we have fighting for almost two weeks not getting answer. each time they promise to find out and phone back. but they never do... You guys are always first and best with promises, but when it comes to service you can just aswell change your name to ANC insurence. no service at all!</p>
