Worst Insurance Provider(Slow AF)

<p>Miway provies the slowest service known to man kind. My headlight were ******, firstly I informed them of the incident obviously after getting a case number from SAPS. So they send me a quote for new headlights... I also informed them of the damage on the skirts but they were ignored it. They sent me to panel beaters which isnt VW certified and apparently waited an ENTIRE week for a quote after realizing that they should send an assessor to review the damage. Now the assessor has reviewed the damage but I have still not heard anything from Miway. SO I called Miway this mmorning and they havent received anything as of yet from the assessor. So this little process has taken Miway over an entire 2 weeks. In the meantime I cannot drive with my car due to being unworthy. I am really dissapointed with the service from Miway as they cannot provide service, I cannot wait to switch to a better provider after this. So yes Miway grow a pair of ***** and start focusing on Quality of Service because at this point it is none existent. Also your feedback stinks.</p>
