WORST INSURANCE EVER.(ANY EXCUSE TO REPUDIATE A CLAIM)

I have had the worst experience with MiWay Insurance. Once again, when joining, I had the most pleasant person helping me, and the initial joining experience was an absolute pleasure. After I joined I was cautioned by numerous people, that I would have trouble, when having a claim, and I should re consider my decision to go with MiWay Insurance, before it is to late. On the 5 Th of February, we had a massive storm, in Brackendowns the storm was so severe, that the garden was completely flooded, municipal dust bins were picked up almost 150 meters away in the main road. My neighbours also stated, that there garden furniture was floating in there garden. In the process of the storm, I would like to call it a mini flood, some of my ceilings were damaged. The claim was registered, and the accessor came to access the damage. I have just had a call from them stating that they will not be fixing anything as something on the roof needs some sealant. It has been raining non stop over the last couple of days, and I have not had a drop of water on the ceilings or in the house, even after this incident happened. I tried the explain to the accessor, I even sent him photos to state the extent of the storm. He advised that they would still not fix the damage. To any potential clients out there, please do not sign up with them, they look at any excuse not to pay. You will end up waisting your hard earned money. I am so sorry, I never listened to fellow colleagues when warned to stay away. STAY AWAY FROM MIWAY. WORST INSURANCE EVER
