Worst insurance ever with empty promises

Our car got in to an accident on the 13th of September.the company wanted to write off the vehicle but because the amount to repair the vehicle high.to repairing amount was not even the close to the 70% threshold, no airbag poped.the agent that was assisting with the claim was Ayanda who went awol when I need to know who told her to settle our vehicle with our consent.now the team leader keabetswe told my partner that from triple S quote that they got they take the asses amount and the the rest.next they they are waiting for quote from us.when i call the call center the contradictions that the agents say it's out of this world.you will be promised calls that never come and we have to do follow ups. Utterly disgusted with the service from the beginning to date.
