Worst Insurance ever has to be Miway

I have a home owner's insurance with Miway I have put through a claim for my garage door. They have gotten back to me with feedback that they will not cover my claim because the cause was not sudden or unforseen and it is gradual deterioration. I would love to know what was unforseen about my garage door and also what deterioration as my house is still very newly built. I really regret moving over from my previous insurance. What is worse is how rude the claims consultant Nivar was, he could not even answer a single question without being sarcastic. This really has been the worst insurance experience I've ever had. The whole point of me taking cover on my home is to make sure should anything unforseen happen like it just did now I am covered against the loss. But no not with Miway they are just trying their best to make sure they duck and dive the claim.
