WORST INSURANCE EVER (BE CAREFUL)

On the 12th of June 2021 i was involved in a car accident, my car was damaged same night was discharged from the hospital, i logged a claim wth miway insurance, the worst insurance ever, the guy by de name of andrew who was in charge of my claim made his intentions clear from the day he contacted me, the guy was out to make sure miway doesn't cover any of my claim. The guy was interrogating me, abusing me emotionally, threatening me, accusing me instead of assisting me get my claim processed. To wrap it up the guy called me nd told me the outcome of my claim before he can officially declare. The worse part the outcome of my claim was based on "he say" the eye witness and apperrently i was labelled being"dishonest". Miway does not assist their clients instead they destroy, where you need help the most. Black child you always the suspect no matter what"talking from experience ".

The only thing you get with this insurance is to endure pain nd suffer stress, they are manupulative and *************. The only thing they good at is to milk your money. My claim was rejected on Friday the 9th, i have not received a rejection letter, i cannot dispute my claim without a rejection letter, the question is was my claim ever processed? Was my claim ever looked into or it was jst a matter of one person deciding on my claim jst to get rid of me. The worst part on the 10th i was told ill receive my rejection letter as it was automatically send after case closed on the 9th i have not received my rejection letter to date. Was there even a rejection letter on my claim? Checking on miway app it clearly shows that my claim C*** is stil open and on the other side i was advised my claim is rejected. Rejection based on what i don't know! the only thing i know is that i was labeled "dishonest" in my claim about the whereabouts on the day of my car accident. The level of professionalism with this insurance is questionable
