Worst insurance ever

Worst insurance ever!!! Was involved in an accident in 13 December 2019, when contacted miway iv spoken to 2 different advisors.... The last guy Ryan so happens to be an assessor for Miway has no respect what's so ever, yes we understand that you need to conduct your work and background checks but is a toddlers statement allowed or asking neighbors down the road regarding how long the one has the vehicle for? How is that part of the claim... Then he has the audacity to not return our calls. So Everytime we must speak to a new agent and explain what happen all over again..... It's been over a month now another consultant says we must lodge a dispute with miway... After costing of R1000 of Rands reason being we still don't have a vehicle which we still must pay for
