Worst insurance ever

Mi way is the worst insurance company in South Africa. I laid a claim over a month back and it has still not been resolved. My car was written off, and it took forever for them to tow the vehicle from the penal beaters to their storage facility. On top of all that there were endless delays due to a mistake that was done by their consultant. Till this day my claim has not been resolved, I have to request a fourth settlement letter form my bank, the settlement letter is only valid for five working days, you can imagine how long it has been. I have to call in all the time to find out what the progress is, even when their so called \complications"they could not be bothered to contact you. Am highly unhappy and dissapointed at the level of service I received from them."""
