WORST INSURANCE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!!

A client of Miway reversed into my car. He told me to call Miway and they will sort it out. I have been calling Miway almost everyday since the accident (2weeks ago) and have had no real feedback from them. Every time I call I get told my details will be sent to the claims department and they will call me. Bongiwe advised she would get some one to e-mail me. I have had no response since. I am so glad I am having this bad experience with MiWay now so I know never to join them in my life. I have dealt with all sorts and many insurance companys Miway is the worst. Extremely pathetic service!
