Worst insurance company In South Africa

I've insured both mine and my kids cars with miway for many years, unfortunately I am now in the process of looking for another insurance company as miway is such a let down! Here's my story: my car was bumped into by another car in the parking lot at my place of employment. The entire incident was recorded on the cctv footage. I then called miway and they informed me that I had to pay R3500 for my bumber to be repaired! I was shocked, this was not my fault so why is it costing me money? Shouldn't miway sort this out with the guy that bumped into my car? I explained this to one of the miway consultants and I was treated like a ********. Every single month without delay my premiums were paid, Im more than dissatisfied now when it comes time to claim.
