Worst insurance company ever.

Miway insurance is the worst and most unreliable insurance company ever. I had a policy with them of which I wanted to cancel. I requested numerous call backs from them of which I never received one call. I eventually called them and spoke to a woman regarding cancelling. She clearly gave me false information, telling if I cancel on the 2/2/15 my policy will end on the 27/2/15 and I won't be debited. Eventually after speaking to a senior guy of which I requested to cancel my policy and him just ****ing me off more by trying to retain me as there client and throwing different deals etc at me of which I all declined, he eventually tells me that I have to give 30 days cancellation notice and my policy will only end on the 2/3/15 and that I will have to pay pro rata for those 2 days. How unprofessional,same company and 2 different stories.<br> <br> Please miway, get your act together and train your staff up to please all speak the same lingo because if not, believe you will have a lot more irate clients.<br> <br> Really poor service from start to finish with miway and extremely disappointed with this pathetic service.
