Worst insurance company 🙈

⛔Worst insurance company. STAY AWAY Having endless problems. Submitted a third party claim last month. Still no settlement. I called miway to get an update on my claim today Zandile from the legal department is absolutely rude. She doesn't know how to deal with customers. I asked to speak to the legal advisor recoveries Malebana Mohale , I was told he was in a meeting and will call me before close of business. He hasn't called me. He always has stories. This is absolutely poor service. My car is damaged, I cannot use the vehicle. Whenever I call , it's either the claim is still being processed or they wanting more documents. I called on Tuesday , the lady did mention everything will be finalized on Thursday before close of business.Nothing has happen. I Dealt with other insurance companies and never experienced such pathetic service. Think twice before choosing this company. I have contacted ombudsman for further assistance.
