Worst Insurance Company

<p>I was previously insured with outsurance and received a call from Miway, I decided to give them a try. This was the worst mistake I could have made. It has been nothing but arguements and mess arounds from day 1. I have had a vehicle ****** and had to follow multiple claims and deal with many different people, back and fourth all the time. Claim was approved and finalised and then my service gets cancelled by Miway. If you are with another company and get an offer from Miway, do not move. Although Miway was willing to meet me half way with excess, the sheer agony of trying to keep up with their roundabout service in not worth it. I will never do business with Miway again or refer anybody I know to Miway.</p>

Dear Miway. It is now more than 2 years after this incident and I still cannot get insurance, therefore cannot buy a car. You cancelled my policy unfairly and because of that I cannot get insurance on a new car even after 2 years. I claimed for a windscreen and then my car was ******, it's as simple as that and you had to go and ruin my chances of ever getting insurance again. I was a victim of a crime when my car was ****** and straight after that I fell victim to abuse by your company. I had the best security and tracking systems installed and paid my premium every month. Bidtrack failed me with their most expensive tracker and Miway failed me by not allowing me a fair opportunity after falling victim to typical South African crime of car theft.
