Worst insurance companies

I urge you not to EVER Use miway insurance or Vaal Makelaars as your choice of insurance. We were GUN ****** in our home. 5 gunmen... Came into our home and pointed guns to our faces. My husband was tied up and was made to lay face down on the floor. I was in my pajamas... Vulnerable.. My 4yr old toddler on my lap... On the kitchen floor. Facing a gun so close to my face i could smell the gun. They took sentimental goods and good of high value as if they were on a shopping spree. An ordeal that caused major damage to us all. We all have to go to councelling. Then we had to experience it all over again with a miway consultant that questioned us for 3.5 hours. He wanted photos... Proof of purchases... Dates of purchases... We explained to him that they took our briefcase with all our documents... Even our birth certificates... Our phones... Laptops... What can we do??? I managed to find a few photos on fb and instagram... His reply? They will see if they can sort of give us something in its place that looks the same.. ***...really???? We didnt go out and were burgled.. We were GUN ******. WE FACED DEATH. and you dont even have the decency to value our photos? And oh yes... They wont pay oit.. No they will ever replace it themselves or give u a voucher of one of their suppliers???? Whats worse is the way the broker just sends emails to us requesting info we already gave to the consultant and to the police. I have never ever experience such bad customer service in my life.. Its def not miway but THEIRWAY... Today is 3 weeks of utter torture... Answering emails.. Making phonecalls requesting help... We were GUN ******... WE DIDNT DECIDE NOR WANTED THIS TO HAPPEN TO US. To top it all off... 3 weeks down the line... Miway sends us an email to help with councelling... 3 weeks!!!!!! Our monthly instalment already went off and they cant even help us with our claim... PATHETIC... WORST INSURANCE EVER!!!! We have had a traumatic experience... We cant sleep at night... Our lives has been turned upside down. You should think they there to help but no eager to take money... Not so eager to help. We have never claimed anything... Miway and vaal makelaars CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
