Worst First insurance EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm already disappointed, and i'm not even on this Insurance for 2 weeks,

I clearly instructed that my debit orders must go of on the LAST day of the month? and you guys went and do what ever you want.

secondly no-one told me when we app**** for Car insurance that the car must be inspected by PG GLASS before the insurance can cover us , after a week i phoned in and only then the lady told me that before anything the car must go for inspection and a report must send through ? is this how you guys make money ? don't tell your clients that until something happens then you do not want to pay out because we did not send in a inspection report ?

i need to do all this before my car is covered but you want money?

i want my money back you can keep your insurances i will find it somewhere else where the PEOPLE fully explains things to you.
