Worst experience with MiWay

We've had the worst experience with the company. We had an eccident on the 25 May 2023 while on our way to Mthatha, reported it and they took forever to send a towing truck we had to wait in the dark for more than 3 Hours. The next morning we went to fetch a hired car, with that they also gave us a hard time but finally got it after waiting a long day for a car to be fetched in East London. After a month they wanted their car back and when we tried returning it to the Avis in Port Elizabeth since we stay there they still gave us a hard time and told us to return it back to Mtata. So we took it back there. Since the 25th of May 2023 we have not yet got our car back, if we want to know anything about the car we have to contact them, they don't communicate with us. So MiWay has been the worst for us. Imagine we have a household and car insurance with them, if this is the case now what's gonna happen when we encounter a challenge with our house contents. The only thing we want now is for them to bring back our car because now it's been almost 3 months without a car, and we don't even know what's happening with the car.
