Worst experience ever

I wish I could give them no stars at all. I have had THE worst experience with them. I had an accident on the 4th of Jan. And let me tell you stay away from this insurance. I have never in my life felt like i was made to be a ********. Up until yesterday. The Assessor came out to see me at my place of work. He was integrating me. He wanted to know about my divorce, about visiting rights between me and my x husband. He wanted to see bank statements, he even went into my Google history to see if I was not lying about where I was traveling from to where I was going. He wanted to see that I have not travelled the road that I said had been unfami****. I did not have a log in to my cartrac as I had not set it up. He insisted that I phone them on the spot and get it done. He took a photo of me in the meeting and said he needed it for the witnesses. He wanted to know how I made payment to the hospital and how I made arrangements for this payment seeing that I don't have medical aid. He is siding with the 3de party, the reason I can say this and actually back it, he told me that we attacked them on seen, but truth is they stormed my x husband and started screaming at my daughter that she is a ******er, and she is going to hell. My daughter who was not even in the car with me and then they started accusing her of driving the car but I was driving I have the scars to prove it. My other daughter who was in the car with me who had been hurt, they kept on telling her that I am not her mother, and I am not old enough to be driving. So form what was said on scene explains a lot to me. They have gone on accusations, and their statements should not even be taken in consideration. But hey I am the client just to remind you of that. But you would rather stand up for a 3d party and make it about incidents that happened on the scene then about the accident. They has 2 small kids in the car along with 6 people and these babies were not in car seats but that's not relevant to anything. When we asked them who was diving the wife said she was driving after a while the husband said he was the one driving. So who was driving, why is the story changed? Why has no one investigated this? But put me under investigation and to be made out as a ********. As if this was not enough, I was asked why I was takin to hospital and why I was not admitted. I mean really is this about an insurance claim on an accident or is this a court case on ******. I am not happy I am livid. I am a single mother I cannot afford to be without a car. I have to make way and all of this while you have the audacity to make a paying client to be the villain. If you are trying to find ways to not pay the claim out, I will let you know that there is nothing to find. I will not stand to be treated like this. The accident was traumatic enough not to mention that I almost lost my life, and that my daughter now has to deal with seeking help from a professional cause she is struggling to deal with the accident. So before you start getting all the videos you claim you have of me taken by witnesses (to begin with I have not given them the permission to do so) get the facts. And stop treat your clients like ********s. I need a manger to phone me ASAP I will not be talking or seeing another assessor in fact I would apricate that this assessor be taken off this claim. I will give the claims department what they need and that is that.
