Worst experience.

This is the worst insurance that I've ever had to deal with. I took up a dent a scratch insurance with Miway and they have been giving me the run around from day 1. I've had to call them almost everyday to try and get a feedback and no one is giving me straight answers... they keep telling me the person that's handling my case is not in the office. I've been waiting for almost two week for my claim to be sent to an accessor... their communication is the worst...
