Worst experience and worst insurance i have ever came across
I can not believe Mi way is unable to contact its employee on their personal number to get confirmation on information am telling them. How do you employ someone and not have their personal number which you as an employer can contact them on. Just because the person who is assisting me is not at work today does it mean i can not get any assistance as a client? Do i have to wait for her to get back to work on Monday for me to get assistance?
You have caused me so mucj illness and stress in just a week and nothing has been revolved its only back and forth and dishonest consultants telling you they will call back in 15 minutes and never do.

You guys delayed my request on Saturday and i couldn't find any assistance because Avis was closed by the time you realized you were wrong. Now i have been holding the phone for 15 minutes waiting for someone to pick up. What is wrong with Mi way people? Are you trying to loose clients? Why are you so ***********?
