Worst experience and service
If u want decent service esp with a claim stay away from this company, to say my first ever claim for a fully comprehensively insured vehicle was a bad experience is an understatement, waited almost 3 weeks just for them to authorize the go ahead to the repairer to start the job, then unable to repair my Ford Focus and they want to pay me out R2000 and tow the undrivable vehicle back to my premises and tell me I need to fix it on my own, *** am I paying insurance for then???

01 Apr 2021, 22:22LOL no they wont, i have tried calling over 20 times probably more and have received 2 phones calls only i keep leaving messages with ur so called managers KiaraB and Bridgette Duplessis they dnt have the common decency to return calls, so i have lost all faith in your service, its just a waiting game now to see what happens and i truly hope u lose clientele, cos in this day and age to deliver such putrid service is beyond me, surely the customer comes first??? but then again money talks and bull**** walks
