Who advised you that the is economic repairable ?

Do they have the quotes of parts to prove that?

What are qualifications of those people who assessing the damage?

As I said this would take around R40 000 to be fixed. I need cash of R40 000 to fix the car.

I know most assessors are ******* and they work with other companies, auction companies and dealerships. You can't just write off without giving me alternatives?

What should I use on a daily basis as I have to go to work ?

What is the use of comprehensive value if you are going to play hide and seek?

This company is only focusing on marking and recruiting new clients but once you are in the system they will really give you a hard time to come up with solutions. I'm really disappointed by the service.
