Worst ever experience

My daughter was in a accident where I was the regular driver of our vehicle the only reason was that I was rotating between 2 vehicles to save on fuel. But no they say we were avoiding to pay a higher premium not at all if that's the case how if we we're anyway going to pay a double access. We find that they are looking for loopholes to avoid paying the claim. In the meantime our vehicle is waiting at the panel beater.
