Worst decision ever moving to Miway
Today I realised what a terrible decision moving to Miway. My vehicle broke down and after being stranded for over an hour I followed up with Miway and spoke to a consultant that said they would call me back and never called back. Whilst continue waiting for help (almost an hour and a half later), I receive an sms saying the following “ Hello, we have received your Breakdown Tow Service request and are busy locating the nearest assistance provider to assist you” - which means for an hour and a half the job had not been allocated to anyone!!!!!!!!!! At that point I call Miway and a lady says she will call back and never calls back! Instead I receive a call from tow truck driver informing me that he has just received a request from Miway to come and tow me! An hour and a half later? Is Miway serious about their business? As if that was not everything, the driver then goes on to ask me where exactly I am since he was not provided with my location - when I had provided Miway with my location! After speaking to the driver I call Miway again and am given the excuse that their system is slow in sending requests and that the consultant who logged it should have told me….as if that was going to change anything. How do clients get involved in operational issues? What would happen if I was stranded on the side of the road in the middle of the night using Miway…wait for their system to send for help an hour and a half later? As a woman I always want to know I have put in all the necessary resources to ensure my safety but I am seeing with Miway I am not safe and will be looking to leaving. If this is what the start looks like, I fear to see what a longer period with Miway will look like. Ao regretful wit this move.
