Worst company to insure with

I was hijacked on the 20th of July downstairs my flat. At the time there was no one around otherwise im sure someone would have assisted me upon seeing what happened. After reporting my claim to Miway an investigator is sent a week later to the scene of the incident. Whilst investigating the scene after a week he finds a piece from which is apparently from my car door handle and accuses me of a false statement. Miway has rejected the claim based on that and the word of security and car guards who were not on the scene at the time. Note that those car guards are not car guarding all the time and they are heavily drugged. Ive also provided proof of where i park my vehicle over night even tho the incident took place at 8am. Im willing to provide pictures to anyone unwilling to believe me on how drugged up these car guards are 24/7 and also the full statement miway sent me regarding all the accusations and allegations. Honestly by the response they given me you'd be amazed like I was at the lies theyve included in their response. No factual information provided.
