Worst client experience
O dear miway. You HAD so much good going for you, and now you treat your long standing clients like ****. I've been waiting for three call back from you in 2 weeks. And guess what still nothing. This is ****** pathetic. And let me say this very clearly, if i get stuck next to the road because of my situasion I WILL NOT PAY. I've pretty much begged you to phone me back.
This is regarding the piece of **** autobody repair place YOU decided to send my car to that stole things out of my car. Now sort this out or i will gladly cancel my policy with you.
