Worst claims experience ever ! 4 weeks and counting...

Tomorrow marks 4 weeks since my vehicle has been towed away and to date I have only received confirmation from the panelbeater last week that the authorisation has been received. As far as I know, no repairs has even started on my vehicle. This is my very first claim with Miway and to say I am disappointed will be an understatement . By last week I received a call for the first time from my claim handler and then he didn't even have the correct information. He referred to a discussion I never had with him and also an agreement I made to have my car fixed elsewhere that never happened. I tried to not call in and follow up but if I kept to this, who knows if my car would ever have received any type of authorisation. After the first week passed and I had no feedback from Miway, I called in to ask what the delay was. I was advised they needed to confirm the driver at the time of the incident. I called personally from the accident scene as I needed a tow. The agent knew I was the driver and I recorded it on the app. After this I received a notice of the authorisation ( Monday week 2). At the end of that week (Thursday week 2) the panelbeater called me to advise they never received authorisation from my insurance. I called and then only was the authorisation sent through. Wednesday week 3 the claims agent calls to advise me of calls that never took place and my only response was this conversation is to inform me that no work has taken place on my vehicle and it is not even at the panelbeater you advised me it will be sent to. It is now 4 weeks and still I do not know if any work has started on my vehicle. For this time that has passed with no work done, I expect to be compensated for the time I spent without a vehicle as all repairs could have been done by now. I await to hear from you how you intend to compensate me for the time lost and a full update on what is happening regarding the repair. I supposedly have to receive an workflow update on all the progress and since I have received nothing since the authorisation notice, I assume no work has still been done to date. I truly expected more from you.
