WORST cancellation experience EVER!!!!!

I cancelled my policy with MiWay on the 29th of October, after the premium had been deducted. I spoke with Ndivhuho Ndou and they indicated that my policy was successfully cancelled. They also indicated that they will submit a request for a refund and also send me a letter of cancellation. It was communicated that the refund will take 7 working days. Till this day I have not received my refund nor have I received my cancellation documents. If this is how you conduct business when clients cancel their policy, maybe people should not take up any products with you. I definitely would not recommend your organisation for anyone I know
