Worse service over

Since I submitted a claim three weeks back,they are just saying they have released the money 4 days back..which bank that take 5 day to released or to reflect?..their service is too bad,they are just happy to Debit my money for nothing, a small claim for 2 tyres is taking the whole month ,I wonder how long it's going to take for the overall car.am so disgusted with their service I got the whole month without transport and if you dont inquire they don't say anything they just keep quiet but if you can skip only one month they are going to call you non stop as if you owe them👎am not happy at all with their service.
