Worse Service Ever!. # Inconsiderate

Geez I don't even know where to start. I absolutely regret choosing this company as my insurance. The Agent never uttered out as to how much my vehicle was insured for, as I would have chosen a different insurance had I heard from the get go,I was only told about the type of insurance(retail value), and not the amount. Now they can't even reach a consensus with me with regards to a reasonable amount since they said my vehicle is uneconomical to repair. Long story short,all I asked was for them to consider my facts as the amount offered is just a **************** and I can't accept it. Now I can't enjoy my festive as I have a claim that can't be resolved. If I could rate them a Zero I would !.
