Worse service ever

I had the most frustrating experience ever with my claim. 1st of all my car was sent to a repairer that was not approved to fix my vehicle. 2nd the authorisation letter was sent to another penal beater in a totally different province. 3 No one calls you with updates, I had to call them each time. 4 eventually after a whole moth had passed with absolutely no repears done to my car it was sent to another town. Only got my car back after 10 weeks.
